1. Be Kind, Courteous and Polite in all communications

We take a strong stance against rude or abusive behaviour, hate speech, bullying, and misogyny. As a community with deep understanding, kindness and respect, we expect all of our users to respect each other.

2. Reply to all messages within a timely manner

We advise against copying and pasting the same message to every match. Learn about other people’s interests, and send an appropriate, relevant message to each match.

3. Be honest, in your profile and in communications

You should behave the same way on Chapter 2 as you would in real life. We encourage all users to report anyone who does not follow our guidelines.

4. Ensure photos are recent (within last 24 months), not filtered or enhanced and clearly show your face

Photo guidelines:

• Face must be clearly visible in all photos.
• Avoid wearing sunglasses.
• Photos are of you
• No photos in bikinis/swimwear indoors.
• No pictures in underwear.
• No shirtless/underwear selfies.
• No watermarks or text overlaid.
• No pornographic / X rated material.
• No graphic hunting photos or guns.
